VSAT customer support requests are handled by the Winegard Technical Service department by calling 877-704-1112 or by emailing email@example.com. End users are to contact their installer or integrator for initial assistance. If you are in need of sales, replacement parts, or product information, please contact the appropriate sales contact. VSAT product manuals and software versions are available for download at www.satellitesupport.net or www.winegard.com.
Winegard technicians assist integrators and installers with system troubleshooting and RMA creation. Escalation of a non-warranty support request to a higher support tier including a Winegard VSAT technician or engineer are billed using a credit card.

Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST
Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST
